THE B IN BK DOLL SHOW
-- DOLL RELATED VENDORS WANTED: Do you sell,exhibit or customize Vintage or Modern Collectible Fashion Dolls, Doll Clothing, Playsets and Furniture?
Well the Brooklyn Lyceum is looking for YOU. This May, we will open our historic space to over sixty vendors, customizers and designers. We will feature beauties from every decade: Barbie, Blythe, Jem, for sale and trade, fashion shows and customization contests.
-- FOOD VENDORS: We also want local restaurants/caterers to join us, we we'll have plenty of hungry shoppers and participants.

** PLEASE NOTE TWO THINGS:
-- Both levels of the Doll Show require climbing and/or descending a flight of stairs: We are a 100 year old, historically landmarked bath house, and are not elevator equipped. Street parking mostly. There is a garage in an apartment building a few blocks south of the facility.
-- You must be prepared to pack up your wares overnight (if doing both days): I know the ability to keep your set-up overnight was a lovely thing. It still might be possible, but you may be asked to pack up for other possible Lyceum programming in the evening, and then do a re-set the next morning for the second selling day. Good chance you won't have to take it all with you, but at the least it may have to get moved. Just an important heads up!
APPLICATION/ADMISSIONS INFORMATION:
We use a ROLLING APPLICATION/ADMISSIONS process. We will curate the DOLL SHOW as we receive the applications. Therefore there's no deadline. This way everyone will be able to plan their schedules farther in advance, and promotion(of the event and you) can get rolling. Our curatorial team will comb the applicants carefully for ones we feel will make a good fit, and let people know their status within ONE WEEK of receiving their application, unless we request additional information OR inform you that you are on a wait list.
1. Download application and follow all instructions.
2. IF YOU WANT TO SHARE A TABLE, we must curate each. Apply separately but note in the comments area that you want to share a table.
3. We will send you an email letting you know we received it and confirm all info is there.
4. We will then send you an email within 1 WEEK to let you know if you made the cut or not, or are being put on a waiting list.
5. If you are ACCEPTED, I will send payment and deadline information! If you are not, please know that you of course still ROCK and to hang tight for the next Doll Show.
6. Payment deadlines must be strictly followed. I will send accepted vendors that information when the time comes.
ALSO NOTE: As always, we are reserving a certain percentage of accepted applications for NEW (read: new to the Lyceum) vendors, to keep it fresh and to give as many people as possible a chance to sell.
TABLES, SIZING AND PRICING:
1. Since we are an indoor event, the majority of our selling spaces are in table length; however we have a limited number of larger 'booths' (upstairs mostly). We are offering EIGHT AND SIX FOOT-long TABLE SPACES. Fee includes chairs. You may rig whatever you'd like to your table for displaying, as long as it's reasonable, and can be broken down fairly easily. ** YOUR WHOLE SET-UP, INCLUDING RACKS, MUST FIT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DIMENSIONS.
2. Both floors are priced the same. YOU MAY NOT SPECIFY WHICH FLOOR YOU WANT - Sorry: we get so many emails and have so much to curate, we can't honor this request. But not to worry, both floors will get equal attention.
3. WALL SPACE: You can't hang merchandise into the walls by driving any nails etc into it (that aren't already there). We are reserving the right to place vendors in wall slots based on their products/display (art and hanging merch will get preference).
4. We prefer 2 day participation and may give those applications first consideration (however if you can only do one day, please don't hesitate to apply)
PRICING:
VENDORS/FOODIES 6 FOOT TABLE (max 30" deep): $200/weekend ($125/day)
8 FOOT TABLE (max 30" deep): $250/weekend ($150/day)
BOOTH (area only) (Approximately 10'x10'): $500/weekend
BOOTH (area+case): $1,000/weekend
BOOTH (area+backdrop) : $1,000/weekend
BOOTH (area+case+backdrop) : $1,500/weekend
EXTRAS: TABLES: $15(per table)/both days
Rent a table from us (or bring your own for free! Must fit above dimensions)
ELECTRICITY: $25/both days We supply electricity directly to your table (let us know what will need the juice)
